Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right with a hassle-free refund.

1. Eligibility for Refund

a. Refunds are applicable only in the following circumstances:

The verification process could not be completed due to technical issues on ZeoVerify’s or DigiLocker’s platform.
Payment was deducted but the service was not initiated.
The user has paid, but no document was pulled from DigiLocker for verification.

b. Refunds are not applicable in cases where:

The document verification fails due to errors or inaccuracies in the documents provided by the user.
The user voluntarily cancels the request after the verification process has started.

2. Refund Process

Users must submit a refund request within 2 days of the transaction date by contacting support@zeoverify.com with proof of payment and a brief explanation of the issue.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days after validation of the request.

3. Payment Method for Refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the transaction.
