Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

Users may request cancellation of their document verification request only under the following conditions:
The verification process has not been initiated on the DigiLocker platform.
The cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of payment.

2. Non-Cancellable Requests

Cancellation is not permitted in the following cases:
Once the document has been pulled from DigiLocker and the verification process has started.
If the cancellation request is submitted after 48 hours of payment.

3. How to Cancel a Request

Users must email support@zeoverify.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request” and provide the payment details and reason for cancellation.
Our team will confirm the status of the request and notify the user of the eligibility for cancellation within 2 days.

4. Refund for Cancelled Requests

If the cancellation request is eligible, the amount will be refunded as per the Refund Policy within 10 days.
A processing fee of INR 50/- may be deducted from the refunded amount to cover administrative charges.
